While BD+ may not be cracked, You can now rip and play all BD+ titles. Although the copy protection remains, the movie plays fine.
Rip BD+ title with anydvdhd. After ripping, copy all missing folders from bluray to folder excluding AACS folder. Play with powerdvd. Only tested with F4. Let me know your results.

Has anybody attempted to do any thing with the raw streams (I assume they are AVC) . Perhaps Transcode it, play it in a H264 player or attempt to demux the audio?

I'm curious if there is any BD+ mangling of the raw streams
