I'm running low on blanks so I run over to BB. No Verbatim DL
blanks. I go to CC, they don't have Verbatim anything. I go
to Staples and Office Depot. Same story! What gives?
My question is, where are you guys buying your blanks?
Thanks for any information!

I am having the same problem. I have been to several stores and the closest I have come to finding the right blanks were Verbatim -R DL. Which I do not want.

I think the Internet is the next place to shop for me.

I use Newegg to get them.

Search results for 'verbatim dl', which brings up both -R and +R varieties. (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Description=verbatim+dl&x=0&y=0)

The OfficeMax B&M near my place carries Verbatim DVD+R DLs. Check with the one closest to you.

Thanks for the reply. There is an Officeworks store near me, I shall check it out along with this website.

Doesn't a new hard disk offer similar price per GB as DL DVD?

Doesn't a new hard disk offer similar price per GB as DL DVD?

Let's just say the whole thread is about this: what does it cost to go from Paris to Amsterdam by train?

And someone responding: isn't it just as cheap to go by car?

Very, major doh off topic

I think sysKin is right

Most DVD players are now equipped with usb.5.1
USB are in car stereos, mobile phones, TV’s, pc monitors.

Below is a 250gig pocket drive, though I prefer flash (no disks)
http://www.westerndigital.com/en/products/Products.asp?DriveID=317

Verbatim already provide USB flash, and portable 250g drives
At the moment they are enjoying the best of both types of removable media.
I think a shift in sales of physical disks would have an impact on their direction.
Just my 2 cents. :)

Hi!I think sysKin is rightUnfortunately, the sentiment expressed by sysKin (and supported by you) is not pertinent to the threadstarter's topic (Where to purchase Verbatim burnable DVD media)...

(Where to purchase Verbatim burnable DVD media)...

... back on topic. If you're in the US you can get them at Sam's Club (100 pack for under $30.00)

DL's dude, not SL's. I don't think they've dropped to .30 yet.

Sam's did have Verbatim DL the last time I looked - they were about $2 each (5-pack for $10, in slimline DVD cases).

For any Aussies who find this thread, JB HiFi always seem to have Verbatims +R DL. I just bought a pack of 10 for $44.50.

Office Works did not have any :(
