why is it, that in graphedit, when i split an avi file and then remux it the resultant file is significantly larger than the original?
for instance, this [my own rip] starts at 700mb, finishes at 750mb, and plays back exactly the same. what's happening?

EDIT: just put both input and output through Info(); the old one has a slightly shorter video track, and they're using a different fraction for the fps rating. the movie's 23.9760, and the remuxed version uses 100000000 over something whereas the original uses 651171875/27159321 - neither of which is the official fraction [or is it?]
