GNot Problem

hello,

was wondering if someone can please help me...trying to perform my first divx conversion and unfortunately i'm running into a lot of problems...i dlded gnot's pack and am using his guide. i'm on the part where i'm asked to 'save and encode' my file...i believe the 'test compressibility' part of the guide (5 percent of the movie to be compressed)...i'm getting an error, and on the nandub crash.txt, it says:

'wrong nandub.dbg file (build 1853)'

any ideas? please help...thanks in advance :)

amd 1.4 ghz
asus a7m266
winxp pro
etc...

ps. if i'm unclear of my problem, i'll come back first thing in the morning...too sleepy and tired... :)
