wat filters should i use to improve this clip's quality . Plz do an encode with this clip and give me the result clip and tell me wat settings and filters did u use ?

NOTE : Plz use Megui and encode using x264 .

Hi, I have old cartoons as well and am looking for filters that would clean up a bad source. Can anyone help?

lol this vob sucks. I can't believe this is an actual DVD. I'll take a deeper look tomorrow.

What is the date on this DVD? What is the production company?

The funny thing is it just came out not longer then a year ago. On 3/27/2007 I believe. It's from a company called Shout Factory TV.

I don't think they had much to work with since the show was made in the 90's.

I have tried filters and I just can't seem to get it to look good no matter what I do.
