Source code for AVI Mux filter

Hi,

Is the AVI Mux filter, that is seen under DirectShow Filters in Graph Edit free source?
If yes, where can I get it?
I have searched on the net, but am not able to find it.
Is AVI-MUX GUI same as the AVI Mux filter that we see in GraphEdit?

It's a Microsoft filter, qcap.dll, standard part of directshow. You can ask them, but I really doubt it. =\
