take a screen shot in your favourite game
edit in whatever picture editing program u like
add your own logo etc
save it as a bitmap about the same size as the original
make sure its the same name as the original
or select its new name in dvd2svcd
and voila
u have your own personalised start picture :)

Thanks everybody, but one last question:
Can I make Title pictures with Animated GIF's in it. And when I play the movie the title pictures are moving?
Maybe somebody know if that's possible.

Yes they can be 24 bit. That works for me! Take the size of the original one from dvd2svcd.

I have used images from imdb or just searched for images on the web.
I think svcd standard uses 480x576 and 480x480 still images for titles and such. I use 24 bit too
Is there a way to take the title image off the DVD?

Nobody mentioned this so here goes.
If you right click on the title picture open button in DVD2SVCD a popup will appear. Enter the title of your movie. If it is an exact match DVD2SVCD will download the picture from IMDB.com. If there are multiple choices another popup will appear and ask you which of the selections is correct. Pick the right one and it will be downloaded. Of course you need to be connected to the internet at the time.

Dear DVD2SVCD, this is to report a (really) minor bug in the title picture download functionality.
Let's suppose DVD2SVCD 1.0.6 build 4 successfully downloads a title jpg from IMDB. Now, let's delete this file. Now, when I issue another search that gives no results (let the pattern be for example: "qwertyuiop"), DVD2SVCD downloads the last successfully downloaded jpg again.
I suppose that'll be a tipical reinit issue. You fail to check IMDB's return code if you have already had a successful search.
P.S.: All in all, its a great product! Keep on doing!
Thanks,

I found that some of the title shots at IMDB tend to be low quality so now i just scan the dvd cover myself, resize it and use that.
