Hmm... where did Doom9 hear that PathPlayer will be removed from DVDFab Decrypter HD after this second version? Was there something flawed about it? Patented? Does it have something to do with RipIt4Me being similar?

Ii was considering purchasing DVD Fab, but these questions have been bugging me. I see no mention of the impending removal on their site and the news here did not elaborate as to why or what was wrong.

Fengtao has explicitly stated that Path Player will not be removed from DVD Fab.

It's a misinterpretation of the wording of your news story on the 26th Sept.

"DVDFab HD Decrypter 3.2.0.0 is the final version supporting PathPlayer"

Someone also posted on the Slysoft forum that it was being removed. Then it spread to the cdfreaks forum where FengTao set the record straight. I have no idea where it started (I recall the Slysoft posting happened before the news story here on doom9) but it really sucks. There's absolutely no basis for it whatsoever.
