This is a working method for me.

MainConcept H.264 V 2.10
Xmuxer PRO v 2.2
TS Remux 0.016

is really quite simple, encode your videos with MainConcept make sure you don't change the pulldown. If the video is at 23.976 leave it at that or if it is at 29.99 fps. If you set the flags it will mess the encoding this is why it won't work to encode HD-DVDs.

after you encode you will have a .avc video Mux together the .avc & .ac3 now you will end with a .ts file.

Fireup TS Remux enter the file, select the two streams and select "Bluray". This will create the file structure you need to burn in your DVD-5 or DVD-9.

Video is perfect lip sync, quality is great.

Note: I do play my videos with my Sony Living System that has been equipped with a Nvidia 8500 card. This card accelerates H.264 video meaning the CPU stays at a 8% when playing AVCHD. I also have the BDP-S1 which plays them fine. Good luck

Thanks for the info Toti.

I guess XMuxerPRO and TSRemux are not any use for HD-DVD?

PS. I just read this thread and many are having problems with the conversion -- http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=120627&highlight=xmuxer&page=8 and this one -- http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1042319#post1042319

Looks like you have no problems then, Toti? Does the audio play as 5.1??

Ok, now after so many tests I see a few problems.

1. Videos multiplexed with Elecard Xmuxer PRO does not sync properly. This is why I multiplex them with Scenarist Blu-Ray first then "Remuxed" with Xmuxer Pro. NOTE: if video is not remuxed with Xmuxer then it won't play on the BDP-S1, If someone knows why please post.

2. After videos have been remuxed with Xmuxer the proper files are created with "TSRemux". However, here is the kicker. They play fine with Sony's BDP-S1 and BDP-S300 (haven't tested on S500 or S2000ES). They won't play on Samsung, LG, Panasonic or Playstation 3?

I never noticed this because I always used my BDP-S1.

Has anyone created an AVC-HD that plays on Playstation 3? Please post the link.
