Sony player user manual & recalibration

Hi at all, I need your help.
My sony dvp 715s had some problems to read dvd-r (I also have a new dvp 900) and trying
to recalibrate pickup by service menu it fails recalibration, but now trying with original dvds fails again and the result is NO disc for every disk inserted, also for cd.
I think that I need Service manual to follow a manual focus pickup recalibration.
I have changed some parameters for get a perfect dvd-r read.
Does anyone have experience? or where get service manual?

At the end i was to sony tech lab a week ago and they tell me that for calibrate pickup I need 5 special discs (that are not possible to sell) tha costs about 500 us$.!!!
i leaved there for service.
