Hello,I have downloaded and installed Rb- loader still not able to
decrypt protected movie not sure what i am doing wrong

If you only want to make backup copies of your own, legally acquired collection, DVD Shrink might be your best out. That, or a combination of Shrink and DVD Decrypter. Hit the "Doom9" link at the top of the page to get out to the Forum's frontend and get in the "Guides" section. Toodle on in to the "Backup" section and do some reading.
