Constant DVD Errors Lately

Lately I have been getting errors on my burned DVDs. Always towards the end of the movie, the disk starts to skip and then just stops. I use DVD FabDecrypter to create my backup files and DVD Shrink to shrink them to an ISO image. I then use IMG Burn to burn the disk. Seems very strange since everything appears to be fine with the backup files and shrink. I even do the deep analysis with DVD Shrink and I get the same result. Is this a DVD drive failure???:confused:
