Hello ..... I really love this board and it has all the GODs here :D.

Well ..... I have been doing some tests with small VOB files but I want some fantastic qualities like color correction if needed etc. The problem is I don't know anything about they ways of doing them and try to find some suggestions online but unluckily I couldn't find a good answer.

When I do the vobs, I do as below:

I used Staxrip and I love it :)

-Load the VOB file and it generates .D2V file
-Then I choose what size I want (672x288) 2.35
-and set the file size to 700MB
-Always choose 188Kbps HE-AAC 6CH
-and resize it to Larzo4Resize(VERY SHARP)

and then I just press "START" and it encode fine but the don't look fantastic.

Is there anyway I can do to improve my skills? Currently, I am very interested in "Custom Matrices" which I never use before and they look cool.

I have downloaded Sharktooth's "EQM_v3EHR" onto my desktop but I have no idea how to use it.
(if someone can point me, that will be much appreciated)

And may someone point/explain how to do color corrections etc.

And one more thing, I don't know how to use or encode videos by the comandline like other people do on Staxrip.

I've never use it and I always use the options which have less features.

So pls someone point me out :)

Much appreciated for the time you took to read my thread.

Regards,

I think you are making things more difficult than you have to...if you want great quality just stick to the optimised tools that are already available, such as AutoGK. AutoGK has built-in filters for color and so on, so usng it would be probably the best. I actually use GordianKnot, a little more flexible than AutoGK but more difficult to use. :)
