Strange problem with Subtitles in DVD

Is a sort of problem with WinXP, no matter with DVD I play, or wich soft I use: the subs always shows as BLUE with a GREEN FLUO line around the blue.

I did not found what did I mess up... If I boot with Win98 it works Ok, but I cannot see any movie (with subs) in WinXP.

(I'm trying to just play the DVD, nothing else, if you want I can post a capture).

I have the same problem with PowerDVD XP and WinXP, but i haven't found any solution yet. Fortunately i also have my Hollywood MPEG card, where it works perfectly.
