avcC container in mp4 file

Hi,
Could any one please let me know the structure of avcC in the mp4 file.
I am facing problems with the avc1 and avcC because I do not what are the data to be written and how are they arranged in the structure in case of a main profile h264 stream.
I am trying to mux h264 and aac stream from RTSP filter.
Should I take the data from SPS NAL unit and PPS NAL unit and put them into the avcC?
Please let me know.
