When I export a MP4 file (H.264+AAC) to an uncompressed AVI with Quicktime Player Pro 7.2, the result is an unplayable AVI. No player shows the file and Vdub says "Reconstructing missing index file in agressive mode".
Export settings:
Video - Uncompressed AVI (million colors)
Audio - WAV 44'1 KHz 16 bit stereo
Any idea?. Thanks.

Quicktime sucks for exporting avi files. If the avi it exports is over 4 gigs, a good solution is to allow virtualdub to reconstruct it and use virtualdub to create another avi file.

why do you want an uncompressed avi?

Try VidCrop... It's a perfect solution :helpful:
