Akin to the BBC's "BBCHD" channel, Channel 4 is launching a free-to-air HD version of terrestrial channel "Channel 4". However, it differs with "BBCHD" because it will be the first time that a broadcaster will simul-cast a channel in SD and HD. It's thought SD programs will stay SD on the HD channel. It's available to those with a Sky HD box (so those with access to a dish then) and an HD-ready TV.
