I am using MPC as my one-and-only video player. I am having difficulties decoding the huge number of audio formats that I'm encountering with HD movies.

First of all, I have AC3Filter as my only audio decoder. I SPDIF throughput all AC3/DTS. I want to be able to handle EAC3 (DD+), but I can't find a filter that can SPDIF AC3/DTS and also interpret DD+.

Any solutions?

There was some filter I found on a forum somewhere that supposedly did this, but it didn't work for me.

Hello.

Sound DTS-HD and Dolby TrueHD, does not work well for SPIFF OUT.
SPIFF OUT, it is limited to 1503Kbps.

DTS-HD can work to, 3000kbps, 3200Kbps,...
To listen TO DTS-HD or Dolby TrueHD, it is necessary to have, sound card with connection HDMI or 5.1 RCA.

But it can use, PowerDVD Ultra 7, decoder well DTS-HD. In PowerDVD Ultra 7, Main / Audio / to select 6 channels, 4, 8,... (SPIFF OUT NOT)
