need help entering Quantization Matrix

hi i need help entering Quantization Matrix i m following a guide and guide is telling me to put that value but i don't know how any one please help ??? thanks

I'd say ignore the guide and download the matrices from the presets thread, and pick one that matches your goal (low-bitrate minimizing artifacts, or high-bitrate maximizing detail). You can load them in quite easily with the load matrix button, without having to retype it all pointlessly.
