trying to combine a 2 disc movie into 2 DVD-R's...

I have the movie "Pearl Harbor", it is a 2 disc movie, the contents of disc #1 will not fit on a DVD-R even after ripping the unwanted languages and subtitles. I want to take the rest of the VOB files from disc #1 and combine them with the VOB files from disc #2 and burn those together on my second DVD-R. I tried using the IFO file from disc #1 and renaming the VOB files left from disc #1 and disc #2. Then I used Derrow's IfoEditor (v 0.80) "vob extras" in hope that it would work........nope. Does anyone have an idea what to do??? Thanks!!!!!!!!

No, it doesn't work that way!
You can't combine files of 2 disc's to one.

You would need to change many things in the IFO files, and to adjust or change the Menu. But this is nearly impossible.

The only thing you can do is to split one disc to 2 discs, but not the other way.
