Found it on NVIDIA's PureVideo HD site, sounds like a reasonable price for Blu-Ray drives these days!

The drive in question is a Pioneer BDC-202. NVIDIA also reference a BDC-2202, which I think may be the same drive.

Couple of key points on the drive:
Serial ATA Interface (Ver. 1.0A)
Writes up to 12x speed on DVD-R/+R 4.7GB (single layer), 4x on DVD-R (dual layer), 4x on DVD+R (double layer), 6x on DVD-RW/+RW media, and 5x on DVD-RAM
Reads up to 12x speed on DVD-ROM & DVD±R media (single layer), 8x on DVD-ROM (DL), DVD±R (DL) & DVD±RW media, and 5x on DVD-RAM
Writes up to 24x speed on CD-R and CD-RW
Reads up to 32x speed on CD-ROM and CD-R, and 24x on CD-RW
Works with Windows Vista and Microsoft Windows XP

Writes and reads DVDs and CDs, at middle-ish speeds either. Not bad for a second-gen drive! Sony, this is how you do it! :p
