i mean that the dark part of zone colorized melt in lighted areas and appear block I'm a native English speaker with pretty good verbal skills, but I can't make any sense out of your statement. Can you please clarify it?

i think this particular problem (2x2 blocks appearing in areas with bright colouring) has something to do with the way the information is stored/compressed.
you can read more about it here (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=38304&highlight=red+colour+blocking+yv12), i think.
anyway, i used AAA to get rid of the blocks in your screenshot. it worked pretty well but i think there is some banding in the background as a result of the filter (might not be noticeable):

you can find AAA on this forum.

I don't quite get what your seeing in the image.
Perhaps you could clarify?
Now that I look at it more I do see something on the top left of that orange hair. Looks like aliasing or something like that.
Removegrain(mode=2) seems to work on the image as far as I can tell but this is a really quick test, you'll have to see how it works on the full video.

The usual way to deal with this would be to use ffdshow and output the video as RGB, which interpolates the (lower-res) chroma values instead of just doubling them, which leads to those blocks, but from a performance point of view I really wouldn't recommend it...

Sorry for my poor english
the problem is the color of the shirt of the guy with red hair.
If you watch it do you can notice that the color isn't uniform but appearing some blocks.
other images thet i've linked i've used some filters like removegrain, fft3d, and more.
