denoising & tweaking - avisynth advice?

hey guys,

i want to make CCE DVDR

The movie i have is 2 Hours and 39 minutes. In DVD-Rebuilder for the CCE Settings what settings should i use:

VBR Bias:
Qual Prec:

now to the CCE DVDR.

i want to know what those vertical lines are? grain? interlace? and how i get rid of them, so which filter i could use?

Also any advice on the colors?

For the colours you could try

ylevelss(30,1,200,0,255)
tweak(sat=1.35)

I'll just borrow his filtered pictures.
