make svcd complete. how do I......

please which somebody explains with an example...
In my case I have one movie .mpg spoken in Spanish
and I want to do svcd with the following characteristics:
that from my dvd can select two languages: the Spanish
(that it brings movie) and japones that I have in a file .mp3.
and that from my dvd can select, when the this language japanese,
subtitle in Spanish.
Reason why I understand the i-author to do
the previous thing and has left a file .mpg and later I can
create menu with chapters... as they are the procedure to make
it and with what programs..
(my dvd supports svcd with language and subtitles)

por favor que alguien explique con un ejemplo...
en mi caso tengo una pelicula mpg hablada en español y quiero hacer un svcd con las siguientes caracteristicas:
que desde mi dvd pueda seleccionar dos idiomas: el español (que trae la pelicula) y el japones que lo tengo en un archivo mp3.
y que desde mi dvd puede selecionar, cuando este el lenguaje japones, subtitulos en español.
por lo que entiendo el i-author hacer lo anterior y queda un archivo .mpg y despues puedo crear menu con capitulos...
cuales son los procedimiento para hacerlo y con que programas...
(mi dvd soporta svcd con idiomas y subtitulos)
