After I do prepare with bitrate distribution enable, RB shows,
80,9% Q:18 7171/400/5615. So I go to preview edit to increase,
the output size,I like to set around 4,36. So preview edit shows 80,4 % 4,30 output size, and as soon as I hit the increase arrow it jumps to 80,5 and 4,56 output. Should I change the target sectors in the ini.file with bitrate distribution enable
