Is it still possible to purchase a license for TMPGenc 2.5?

I am a fairly happy user of TMPGenc XPress 3.0 but there are times when it would be nice to be able to use DVD2SVCD (which doesn't work with XPress). Unfortunately, I am unable to find a link on the maze called Pegasys-inc.com. Anyone know if it is still possible to purchase a license for 2.5?
