I think iam going crazy, ive seen on a couple of forums where other people have been able to encode or remux/mux m2ts to h246 but how to,that is what i would like to know,
I have my own Legally purchased movies, that i have manage to decrypt a few of my BDs,but i am lost here,as how i would go about to achive getting it from m2ts to h246 and audio in dts or AC3 so that i can join these files into an mkv, witch looks like the usual procces of doing things, but how?
is there a guid that i am missing?
I have used Google, i have used search in this forum and in others, but with no result in the methodes ive tried, what is the standard way ,if there is sutge way?
is there any secret tools i need to buy, what am i missing here?
feels lonely being me.
I would just like to achive this to make my own legaly rightfull backups. that is my purpes.if that is of any concern.
Thank you for reading this, and any help is appriciated.

here's what I did with some .m2ts of a friend.
1. copy /b all the m2ts together
2. extract the raw streams you want with tsremux
3. mux the streams with mkvtoolnis (don't forget to set video aspect ratio und framerate)

Ps.: yup, wrong forum,...

Il try this, .this is what i did
I decrypted BD using Nero to mount the iso decrypted with AnyDVD HD. and got a BD folder in one of these folders there was a bunch of m2ts files, in the folder "Streams"
I ran TSremux and opened up the first 00000.m2ts file and tried to remux it to a ts. to try to get the VC-1 file from there but that dident work, i then used Xport to try to get the files, but i ended up with 2 0byte files,so here iwas lost, but you say i can extract raw streams with TS remux ? that is something ive heard before, but i havent manage to figure that one out, i have only manage to see three options to remux to "m2ts" or "TS" or "blu-ray".but il try to find the raw stream option now.
thank you for this lead in the right directions,
il get back .
sorry for wrong forum place!

You say mux the streams with mkvtoolnix after i have extracted the raw streams with TS remux, but with mkvtoolnix do you mean loading MKVmerge gui found in mkvtoolnix folder?if soo that is what i did, but the raw files would not open in mkvmerge,
the raw files i got from TS remux was just a file with no extension for it, is this correct raw stream?
Thanks for helping i belive am soon there if i can just get the m2ts to extract the VC-1 raw stream and then somehow encode it to h264.is that correct?
