Forgive me if this has come up already...
I had some tricky anime that I wanted to try encoding with DVD2SVCD since it handles subtitles -- I've never tried subtitles before. For hybrid source like anime I like to use GreedyHMA. I checked the "Edit when dvd2avi processing is done" button and added the GreedyHMA call.
Unfortunately, this confused DVD2SVCD -- since I'd checked the "Off" button for Force Film, DVD2SVCD didn't run pulldown on the CCE-encoded MPV file.
1. Is there any way to get DVD2SVCD to use GreedyHMA to IVTC/deinterlace 29.97 source down to 23.976 (instead of the IVTC plugin)? I'm guessing the answer is no.
2. If not, any way to persuade DVD2SVCD to run pulldown when it doesn't want to?
