Allright this is my first post here, so you guys take it easy on me. lol

K, I'm currently using FlasKMPEG for converting a VOB file to an AVI but I can only get Flask's audio mode to convert to 2 channel stereo instead of 5.1 surround sound.

This is the only thing I'm missing from an almost perfect AVI conversion; and I really don't want the hassle of extracting WAV files from the VOB, then after the VOB is converted to AVI, weaving the two back together again.

In other words, I want things to be EASY.

Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. As a heads up, compared to you guys, I'm pretty much a computer novice. So anyone offering advice please use lamens or else I won't know what the hell you're talking about. lol

In advance, thanks again.

If you want something that will easily convert Vob's (with 5.1) to AVI's (with 5.1), ditch the FlasKMPEG and try AutoGK.
