hi there,
I'm looking for an easy tool to cut clips within a MKV file, and resync bad audio in MKV...
is there a virtualdubmod equivalent to do this ?!
mkvtoolnix can't cut clips, and I've tried to use the split option twice to cut my clip......it gave an error msg
and virtualdubmod gives funky errors msgs.........but this MKV file is perfectly fine
Thanks,

w00t, looks awesome!!!!!!
but you can't export to .mkv ?!
the avi it generated can't be played :(
and I've tried to remux from .mp4 to MKV with mkvmerge and the video is not smooth at all.....

the avi can be played with the appropriate filter and splitter
make sure after the cutting you select Copy on both video and audio
about mp4 export... make sure you have allowed whatever question avidemux has asked (from audio to smart reencoding..)

well the avi ain't working in KMPlayer, and I don't have problems with movies playback.
this H264 is using Bframes btw.
anyway, if someone knows a WORKING editor to resync/cut clips in MKV movies, and export as MKV.......I'm interested :D

ok I can resync with toolnix, adding delay to the audio :D
so there's no tool to cut clips in MKV and save as MKV ?! :(

mkvmerge can 'cut'. Under the globals tab, splitting panel.
