The page http://avisynth.org/mediawiki/LoadOldPlugins has links to
1) LoadPluginEx.dll and
2) oldPlugins.avsi

Both these links are empty.

I worked out that the avsi was actually quoted on the page, but the dll is obviously not.

Who if anyone is maintaining this?

EDIT:
So I tried to fix it myself.

I've got the dll, but don't have anywhere permanent to host it.

I created an account at the wiki, but the file upload page seems to only accept image formats.
Is there any way to upload an arbitrary file to the wiki?

Send it to warpenterprises, I'm sure he'll host it. Wouldn't be a bad addition to his catalog either. Might as well PM it to Richard too, in case he wants to re-upload it.

If you think your file upload site of choice is going to time it out before they get to it, you can send it to me as well and I'll put it on my FTP, but I'd rather not make that its permanent home.

LoadPluginEx.dll is in WarpSharp Package at

There's an inconsistency in that article: the text of the link says LoadPluginEx.dll, but the actual link goes to LoadPluginEx2.dll (NOT found in the WarpSharp package), which is what the sample script calls for as well.

I have no idea where it was originally hosted, so here's the LoadPluginEx2.dll that works:
