For some reason, I've been getting the buffer overflow #0004 error. I'm using Vista Home premium on an ABIT IP35 Pro and Dual core E6750 (if that helps). Haven't had the problem before. Tried doing the 300 in full backup, no preprocessing and the same with stargate season 10. Any help or ideas? Got to be something simple I'm overlooking.:thanks:

There's something wrong with your source or the way it was ripped. It can also be caused by preprocessing -- usually when a third-party package has been used to remove video but without correcting timing parameters in the stream.
Error #0004 is DVD-RB telling you that it has found timing inconsistencies in the source that couldn't be corrected. It can also be caused by encountering a VOBU that is much, much larger than the DVD spec allows.

Thanks, I'll try re-ripping.

Tried ripping the 300 again using DVDfab and RipIt4Me, and get the same results. Must be the 300 I guess.

I did the NTSC, R1 version of "300" with no problem at all. Ripped with AnyDVD. Try doing it without RipIt4Me.

I had done 300 R1 NTSC with RipIt4Me no problem. I just re-ripped and encoded 300 with DVDFab HD Decrypter 3.1.6.2 and AnyDVD 6.1.7.0 with and without running the rips thru FixVTS... again no problem.

Isn't 300 a Warner release? If so, it has no special protection. Therefore, I'd think something else is wrong other than the rip. Perhaps a duff source disk?
