Noise reduction with vdub

hi
a friend of mine use his sony dcr trv cam to catch some party ,and since he doesnt got a pc he asked me to put it on dvd for him but there some problem i can't seem to find a solution for ,like reduce a bit the noise since its too much in it

i upload a sample picture of the movie,plz any suggestion of filters to use to fix the noise will be very appreciated .

Virtualdub filters alone aren't really going to be capable of eliminating the noise without taking the details with it.
