Error loading srt to Subtitle Workshop or Subtitle Creator

I created an srt file with subrip, but i can't open with either SW or SC.
I get the next messages:
"the xxx.srt is a bad subtitle or an unsupported format" (SW) and
"Input string was not in a correct format" (SC)

What am i doing wrong?

Problably 'cause You save in unicode. Try saving ansi and it will be ok
