Problem with VCD Easy

I just tried out the new VCDEasy Guide.
I'm tring to make a VCD with Chapters.
I set up everything like in the guide,
but when I press go, I get the message
"image too big (532673 sectors > 449850 sectors)"
even when choose the end chapter at
1:00:41.560
What am I doing wrong?

can vcd easy work with nonstandard video cd's? with altered bit rates and resolutions of audio and video? i used the guide to make one of an XVCD i encoded, and it doesnt work properly. the movie plays when you put it in the dvd player, but upon pushing NEXT it goes back to the beginning, then upon pushing NEXT again it skips to the next chapter entry location but keeps skipping around for a while and just acts weird. i have a panasonic RV-31 but i heard VCDEasy works with all known players. anyone know whats wrong here?
