CCE stops after 33% encoding video pal.mpv

Only problem i have is encoding .mpv with cce. VBR is 3 times but itcce stops after 33%. the filesize of the .mpv correct after hitting cancel in cce. i can continue with muxing and everything else and he ist creating the images and i got the film. picture and sound ok. but why does it stop after 1 VBR? i tested several DVD´s and its all the same. CCE does not crash it stops. cpu 99%. i changed the avisynth.dll and cce is getting slower but it stops at 33%.
someone else with this problem?
