Parameter Incorrect Error

The subtitle extraction hits about 50% and I recieve this error. I extracted a chapter from this DVD and made a SVCD easily with DVD2SVCD but when I try the whole movie I get this error. Any insight would be appreciated. The DVD is "The Story of Riki-Oh".

Using DVD2SVCD ver. 1.0.5 build 4, with "Say it isn't so" - Swedish rental version.

I have the same problem to with Bad Boys.
DVD2SVCD v1.0.5.build 3 does it OK.

could all of you guys verify if subrip (have a look at doom9's download homepage) works? It is just a debugging question.

I've tested subrip v0.97b(from Doom) with 4 bits and 8 bits bitmaps, there where no errors.

I'm still getting an error with the new verion 1.0.6.buid_1-pre2, the parameter is wrong.
I noticed that there is an extra feature on the DVD Bad Boys with the German, Dutch and French subtitle like directors commantary.
Also i noticed that it took a longer time analyzing between the arabic subs and the subs with the extra feature German, dutch and french.
After this the analyse speed on the subs is normal.
The dutch subtitle is what i have selected.
