The Australian Hotels Association (AHA) is considering whether to appeal against a Copyright Tribunal decision to increase copyright fees on music because of the impact it says the rise will have on pubs and clubs.
The Copyright Tribunal has ruled that clubs must now pay a licence fee of $1.05 per person, up from the previous charge of 7 cents per person.
