Options -> Preferences -> Output color depth: Use output setting.
If I set that option with YUV video (I tried YUY2 and YV12), the video only plays in the output pane when I hit play, and only if Full Processing Mode is selected. The input pane is only updated when playback stops, and by seeking.
The other settings for output color depth work fine, but use unnecessary conversions to RGB I believe? I guess that's also why Full Processing Mode shows video in the output pane no matter what.
This behavior started after a reformat, does anyone know how to get it functioning as normal again? I tried setting YUY2 codec as Huffyuv and YV12 codec as XviD in the registry but that didn't seem to work, and caused doubles in the Compression dialog which weren't there before.
