Need a simple way to Fix sync problem

Hi, I have this issue whenever I extract AAC 5.1 to raw then convert it to 2 channel stereo using Quicktime 7
After I join it with the AVC video in MP4 container (Using Yamb) it will lose sync!

Any easy way of fixing this sync issue?

set the correct framerate when muxing

It's been muxed at 25 fps, remux it with 23.976 fps and it should come out correct.
