Cannot open in MeGUI

I have a problem opening a avi file in MeGUI - AviSynth script creator. When I select the video file in video input I get a error

I have already installed the latest version of AviSynth and copied dgdecode.dll

DGDecode.dll is only needed to read Index file of MPEG-2 video, so make sure you have a proper decoder for your AVI video (Gspot can help you).
Check MeGUI's files integrity, update it if needed...
