Just tested some 320x240 Videos on my Nokia N93:
Played fine with Main Profile without CABAC and without bFrames
--crf 21 --ref 16 --mixed-refs --no-cabac --subme 7 --analyse p8x8,b8x8,i4x4,p4x4 --me umh --merange 24 --threads auto
Only thing I couldn't make were Preview in Phone Galery
