VOB to DVD?

I have a file (folder) I downloaded titled video_ts and inside there is only 3 vob files. All I want to do is make a playable dvd disk from these files. How can I? Also is there a way to test such files to see if they are playable before burning them?

Oops I seem to have broken a rule by including the word download, and rather than to go back n fourth about whats right or wrong, or who's doing and who's not i'll just remove myself from this fourm, thanks

It seems that in a post I used the word download, which is not allowed here, and it was brought to my attention very fast, before anybody was willing to answer my question in fact. And I dont like the idea that i have to type or speak a certain way to be here. Im a free american who doesent live in fear, therefore I say what I want, when I want. And im not willing to give up my freedom to be a part of your group, thanks but please delete this accout or tell me how to asap, thanks a lot.
