Hi, i have a video which is play 23.796 and i have audio which plays @ 29 fps. but when i mux those files together i get sync audio delay problem. is there any ways to change audio @ 23.976 fps so i don't get sync audio problem also why when i do IVTC to movie i always gets a sync audio problem. Thanks...

Please be good enough to explain...

this rip took me 48 hrs to make it clean rip so i don't want to do re-rip. sorry bad english.

it was dvd9 some american movie. (cartoon) but now i deleted data so no need help. Thanks
