Nero AVC and Apple TV Question

I was considering purchasing a Apple TV device to replace my Media Center. I thought it looked pretty nifty. One problem however is I have converted all my DVDs to Nero Digital AVC Standard profile w/2pass at High Quality. Will this work with Apple TV?? I know it will not play properly in QuickTime 7. The audio seems fine, but the video is choppy. :( Any suggestions would be apperciated.

It depends on your settings.
Nero Digital Standard AVC profile can work, but AppleTV doesn't seem to like it if weighted prediction was enabled, resulting bad playback.
