Audio is OK but no picture

Hi,

I have got a HDTV backup. It is a ts file (4.3 GB). I play such files with MPC but this one is strange. When I try to open it with MPC, there is audio but no picture, just a black screen.

I checked my ffdshow. It has H.264 set up. I have installed CoreAVC just in case but no luck too.

I have installed and tried to use VLC player but it does not help.

What's the problem with it? How to fix the problem?

Thanks! But I do not know. My son has made them for me. I know he used TV and the box to put it onto PC HD. Sorry.
