Xvid Hard Subs

Hi all

I am Riping My DVD's and turning them in to Xvid with Gordian Knot now what i am trying to do and can't seem to find in here is about Subs.

I am trying to Rip the Subs from the Ripped DVD and Hard Code them in to My Xvid,
I Only want the Subs for the Foreign Talking Parts on the Movie and Not the Compleat Sub's pack.

If any one can help And or give me a Guide it Would be Great.
