Hi,

I'm pretty new to the program and to AAC - so I might(probably) be doing something really foolish which is causing me all of this grief.

I've tried both on beta 9 and 0.22 RC1, both with winamp, and the Nero "engines".

The problem is - no matter what settings/preset I choose in the AAC tab, it always outputs the same filesize...

Here's what the log says:

BeSweet v1.4 by DSPguru.

Using azid.dll v1.8 (b825) by Midas (midas@egon.gyaloglo.hu).
Using lame_enc.dll v1.28 (4/6/2002), Engine 3.92 <http://www.mp3dev.org/>.

I am guessing that somehow my settings get overriden by something, I just dunno what to do about it.

Use the last BeSweet beta instead of the old stable...

Use the last BeSweet beta instead of the old stable...

Thanks - that has solved my problem in the beginning!

But later I did something - and it all went wrong from there.

Now I take a clean stable besweet 1.4 + latest rc1 of Belight, and it works - but I have my old problem again - and then I take besweet latest beta, copy the files over - and bam! - I have that "bsn" problem...
Error 84: unable to configure bsn.dll something something...

The most annoying thing is that I have tried to replicate the "working" enviorment, when everythign worked, bt I can't seem to do it... I don't know - I've spent ~3 hours today messing with it ...

mmh, yeah. You have to use this library (http://kurtnoise.free.fr/index.php?dir=BeLight/&file=bsn_20070513.zip) instead of the old one.

btw, there is an installer with almost dlls & tools required here (http://kurtnoise.free.fr/index.php?dir=BeLight/&file=BeLight-0.22_RC1.exe).

Thanks, totally saved me... Though you know all those things that package has? I have them ALLLL already, I went one by one, searching for them, downloading them - I tell you, by now I despise AAC and everything related ;).

*sigh*

Thanks again.
