Hello,

My camcorder produces MTS files (Sony HDR-SR7).
The utility that came with it can create AVCHD DVDs, but not very well (there is a pause between each sequence).

How can I join MST files without recompression ?

I tried VideoReDoPlus-2-5-6 but it's unable to open the files.
I has success with TSSplitter, HOWEVER when I play the join file, there is a 3 seconds pause between sequences....

Is there another tool that I can try?

Thank you.

Try TSRemux (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=125447), a tool designed for BD and AVCHD, though I'm not sure whether it's made for that purpose or not.

you can try to demux the video stream to raw .264, remux the video to .mp4 with mp4box and cut the pauses with avidemux

There is no pause in these files. Once they are joined, there is a 3 seconds pause...

I tried avidemux but it's unable to open the MTS files.

Any other tool that can do the job?
