Actually at my shop we are selling Volcano but up to 1.2 GHz, for 1.4 GHz maybe a Spire is better.

hi i recently done a review of some spire (speeze) coolers the BigRock II and the SuperRock both rated upto 1.4mhz but my machine ran stable @ 1.54mhz. You can check it out here --> http://www.pcpowerzone.co.uk/reviews.php?id=26
Fanner are sending me some of thier copper line of coolers for review so i will have them shortly.

if the volcano 7 isnt cooling your cpu enough you can usually move the thermistor closer to the base of the heatsink to have the fan run at a faster rpm.

I've seen a huge comparison of coolers, and the Volcano 7 gave worse (not much) results than the Volcano 6cu (which is also cheaper).
Once I will upgrade my CPU to Athlon XP I will get an Alpha 8045 Silent :D expensive but cool AND silent...
